Carole Ridley
Carole Ridley is a principal of Ridley & Associates, Inc. and leads the practice for “Green” Programs, Natural Resource Management, and Smart Growth. She has twenty years of experience serving local government, non-profit organizations, and private clients. For the past decade she has been lead consultant for projects on coastal resource management, transportation, land use, economic development issues, and “green” strategies. She has authored numerous reports and studies on these topics. She has also organized and led numerous regional and local conferences on these matters. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with honors from Trinity College (Hartford, CT), and a Master in Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Scott Ridley
Scott Ridley is a principal of Ridley & Associates, Inc. and leads the practice for energy topics. He has thirty years of experience serving local and state government, non-profit organizations, and private clients. He has led interdisciplinary teams researching complex topics for litigation and policy formulation; developed studies, strategic plans and reports on a range of energy issues; led market efforts for groups of municipalities; and conducted specific facility analysis for renewable energy systems. He is the co-author of the book Power Struggle: The Hundred Year War Over Electricity (Harper & Row, 1986) and has written for industry journals as well as mass market publications.
